Aurosri Mandal, our Early Years Float Teacher, is a Theatre Artist who has grown up in a joint Family in West Bengal. Under the guidance of her father who is a dancer , Aurosri explored different dance and art forms from childhood. She started her career as a creative dancer and later a theatre instructor/director when she was pursuing her master’s in theatre. Teaching as a profession happened by chance, but with time, slowly she became passionate about teaching. The decision of TEACHING kids and through the form of THEATRE, was life changing. In her 6 years of teaching experience in different states, she always wanted to be accepted the way she is. But it was very hard to find a way where her passion and profession go hand in hand. Aurosri is new to IB and could totally connect all her teaching skills and how she always wanted to teach. She strongly believes education is not about loading the child’s mind with information, but about making it capable of razor sharp skills and capable of knowing life in its full depth and dimension. In Surat , Aarth is Aurosri’s 2nd working place. When she came here for the first time she knew she belonged to this place. She cherishes her every moment with Aarthians and has been exploring her new teaching journey with her students and teammates. She is looking forward to welcoming all the new opportunities in Aarth focusing more on her personal and professional goals.

Ms. Anchal Bhatia Shah, born and brought up in Surat is the Homeroom Teacher in the Early Years. She is a quick and enthusiastic learner who is passionate about teaching and loves to be with kids. She has a keen interest in art and craft and likes to make creative things. She likes to be with nature a lot and gardening is another passion of hers. She likes to spend time with family and friends. Exploring new places, reading books and doing adventures are her hobbies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and has finished her pre-masters from Brunel University, London. She is also a Jolly Phonics certified teacher. She has 10 years of experience in the teaching field of which the last 5 years has been in IB. She has boosted up many skills while being an IB educator. She believes that IB helps not only students but also teachers to explore their abilities and go out of their comfort zone. She enjoys and admires teaching in IB as she can teach the concepts with no boundaries, with creativity and can bring the world into the classroom. The students have an opportunity to showcase their learning in their own ways and get equipped to deal with real life challenges. She is ready to challenge herself and seeks opportunities to learn new things to add feathers to her skills. She is looking forward to learning new and unique teaching-learning methodology at Aarth which will help her to enhance her abilities and skills. The importance given to building relationships between teachers and students and amongst teachers is something that she is enjoying the most at Aarth.

Dedicated and passionate about nurturing young minds, Juhi Khanna is an Early Years Float teacher with over a decade of experience in the field of education. With a strong foundation in the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, she believes in providing children with the opportunity to explore their curiosity and foster a love for learning. Juhi is an open-minded individual who values knowledge from various sources and is always eager to expand her own expertise. As a flexible and enthusiastic team member, Juhi embraces new challenges and goes above and beyond to create a bright future for her students. With a Bachelor’s degree in HR specialization from NIM, an MBA, and a B.Ed. degree, she possesses a diverse educational background. However, her true passion lies in deepening her knowledge of early childhood education, and she aspires to pursue further studies in this field. Juhi is proud to be a part of the Aarth family, an institution that aligns with her values of inclusive and holistic growth for students. She actively seeks personal development opportunities, having attended various workshops to enhance her skills. Juhi firmly believes that learning has no age limit and strives to learn something new every day at Aarth. Beyond her professional life, Juhi enjoys listening to music and is an avid reader. She maintains a perfect balance between her personal and professional commitments, ensuring that she dedicates herself wholeheartedly to both aspects of her life.

Ms Priya Bhatt, the Early years teacher at Aarth Universal School, is a Bachelor of Arts with English as a special subject. She has been passionate about teaching since her childhood. She was motivated by her mother and uncle to be a teacher. She began her home teaching journey at a very young age. She firmly believes that every child is unique and has their own way of learning. Over the years, the joy and satisfaction she got through her teaching made her choose her passion as her career. She has anchored a number of programmes at school level and college level. She is interested in art and culture and has expertise in Garba. She is proud to be the youngest teacher at Aarth Universal School. She is always ready to grab any new opportunities and accept challenges with open arms and a sweet smile. She is calm, tenacious and optimistic and enjoys being with kids. She believes in holistic empowerment of students. She finds several connections between her teaching philosophy and the mission and vision of Aarth and is extremely happy to be a part of the Aarth family. She looks forward to becoming an unstoppable learner and educating the young ones enthusiastically, at Aarth.

Ms. Manishi Pandey has joined our Early Years team as a Homeroom Teacher. She has completed her post graduation and has been working as an IB educator for 4 years. She has attended workshops to enhance her knowledge on IB and the teaching-learning pedagogy. She believes that an educator needs to build an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their fullest potential. She is ready to go the extra mile to support the students’ growth and needs. She also emphasises the development of essential life skills among students such as critical thinking skills, effective communication, collaboration and many more. She is looking forward to collaborating and growing as an educator with the Aarth family.

Now after 7 years in this profession she can proudly say that teaching is her passion. Her love for kids helps her enjoy the teaching-learning process. She is immensely happy when she sees a bright smile on the faces of her learners. She strongly believes that she needs to be friends with her learners first and then play any other role. She has a keen interest in reading and loves to listen to music. She has recently shifted to the city of Surat and has welcomed new opportunities and challenges with open arms and a bright smile. She is looking forward to new learnings and further growth as an educator at Aarth Universal School. She is enjoying the IB teaching-learning methodology where the learners are taught how to think and not what to think.

Ms. Vaishali Desai was born and raised in Surat, Gujarat. She is a proud mother of a girl child and values spending time with her. She is calm and composed as a teacher. She is an enthusiastic researcher and creative thinker who wants to shape the learners as creative and critical thinkers to solve problems in real life. She believes learning never ends as we all are lifelong learners. That’s the reason behind choosing a career of teaching since 2007. For the past 12 years she has been an IB educator with a learning approach. She has earned Category 1, 2 and 3 IB workshops and also attended Job-alike sessions in her learning and teaching journey. Along with that, she pursued “Diploma in Special Education” through the British Council. She is also a trained Jolly Phonics educator. She is ready to learn new things from Aarth Universal Family to add more values to her personal and professional growth, while having fun.

Her love for teaching and dream of becoming an IB Educator motivated Sabana to relocate to Surat and join Aarth Universal School. She believes that learning is a lifelong process. Innovative and diverse education frameworks of IB board encourages critical thinking, self reflection and dedication to lifelong learning. IB offers an unique experience where an educator can see professional growth by upgrading his/her skills. She is excited about being at Aarth, a school that provides a rich learning environment where she can grow professionally as well as personally. Sabana has completed her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Vidyasagar University. She has completed her master’s degree in English Literature from Aliah University, Kolkata. She is currently pursuing her B.Ed from West Bengal University. She has been teaching for the last 4 years. She has worked in Orchids – The International School, Bangalore. She is a passionate reader and a person who loves to be surrounded by young minds. This leads her to be an efficient teacher. She strongly believes that education is a field where you can nurture and motivate young children to pursue their dreams and passion. She cherishes every moment with Aarthians and has been exploring her new teaching journey in Surat. She is looking forward to achieving excellence in her new role as an IB Educator.

Deepshikha, the Early Years Float Teacher was born and raised in Uttar Pradesh. She embarked on a new chapter of her life after her marriage, relocating to the vibrant city of Surat, Gujarat. She cherishes the strong bonds of her joint family. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with a specialization in Mathematics from Avadh University, Deepshikha’s passion for knowledge led her to pursue a computer diploma in the cultural and historic city of Nawabs, Lucknow. With her dedication and eagerness to excel, Deepshikha began her journey as a Mathematics teacher in a CBSE school. Driven by her love for exploring new horizons, Deepshikha is excited about being at Aarth, an IB school. She is hoping to make a positive impact on students’ lives. With her passion for teaching, coupled with her commitment to personal and professional growth, she is looking forward to the wonderful learning opportunities at Aarth. Outside of her professional endeavours, Deepshikha embraces life with a sense of adventure and curiosity, always seeking to discover new things, with enthusiasm and zest.

She is currently pursuing her B.Ed. from Gujarat University. She loves to travel and is fond of music. She is also a part of an NGO where she tries to help the underprivileged children. A passionate skater, Ms. Sabiha has won medals at different levels. She has been awarded the Sardar Patel Jr. Award for Securing 2nd Position in National Roller Skating Association. She is proud to be the only one from India to get an invitation to attend a seminar for Skating Techniques and Rules which was held in Antalya, Turkey. Ms. Sabiha is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and experiencing new learning with IB. She feels being at Aarth is a stepping stone for her. She is enjoying the teaching-learning pattern at Aarth and feels blessed to be part of such a supporting family at Aarth.
