Rachana is a Science graduate, trained commercial pilot, and IB PYP educator. Her passion for imparting education led her to hone her skills with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. Currently, she is pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in School Leadership and Management. She is passionate about the psychoeducational approach and has attended various training programs catering to Addiction in school children, Sexual behaviour of school children in changing environment, Childhood depression, Developing resilience in children, Managing behaviour problems, Mental health problems in school children – Causes, prevention, and intervention as well as the role of subject teachers in establishing career education in schools. She has also attended IB Category 2 and Category 3 workshops. Having an armed forces background has driven her to live in many parts of our country. This experience has made her versatile and enables her to bring a different perspective to the table.
