Ms. Suman Mondal is the PYP and MYP Hindi and Spanish Facilitator at Aarth. She belongs to West Bengal and has completed her graduation from West Bengal University, B.ED from MIT Pune and Diploma in Spanish from Delhi Instituto Hispania. She began her career in MNC sectors where she worked for 9 years. In 2017 she finally moved into teaching to follow her passion. She worked in MIT Pune as IBDP and MYP Spanish Teacher. In her journey of 5 years as an IB educator, she got the opportunity to work with different age groups and she trained herself through different professional development programmes. She is empathetic, and understanding. She recognizes that each student has their own unique learning style, pace, and challenges. She takes the time to listen, support, and provide personalized guidance, ensuring that every student feels valued and encouraged on their language learning journey. She believes that a good language teacher understands that language learning is not just about memorizing vocabulary and grammar rules. It’s about creating a dynamic and immersive environment that ignites curiosity and fosters a love for the language. It also gives exposure to students about diverse cultures thus broadening their thinking and helping them understand and value multiple perspectives. She strives to make her lessons engaging, interactive, and relevant to her students’ lives, thereby making language learning a practical and enjoyable experience. At Aarth, Ms. Suman is looking forward to sharpening her skills and putting her experience and knowledge into practice to inspire and empower students. She is excited to learn about the culture of Surat and be able to add value to the language learning journey of the students.
