knowledge of transdisciplinary, inquiry-based and concept-based learning. As a Primary Head, she has single handedly led a large team of around 575 learners and successfully helped the team transition to IB PYP. With B.Sc. in Chemistry and B.Ed in Science and Maths methods, she also holds a MA in Education from Mumbai University. Working in different environments across various boards and in multiple countries has helped her gather a rich experience of various working and learning styles, use of technology in the classroom, flexibility and open-mindedness. Teaching and leading in a multi-age classroom setup has equipped her in providing an enriching learning experience for children as well as making them understand the application in real-life situations. Experience in differentiated instruction helps her cater to individual needs in both, one-to-one settings and the whole class situation. Along with being a life-long learner, she has also conducted several workshops for teachers and parents to cultivate a growth mindset and help them understand different elements of IB PYP.
